Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable with a superb breakfast, but there were very small cushions, inadequate sheets, and worn-out furniture. The bathroom had an old, non-working hairdryer. On the bright side, the king-size bed was very cozy, although the room itself was small, albeit nicely decorated.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mix. The location was superb, close to the Walliser Alpentherme and very convenient. The rooms, however, had some issues with being overhot and the furniture being a bit worn out. The service, on the other hand, stepped up, even under difficult circumstances. The dining experience was not as warm as I would have liked, but the facilities were well-maintained. Overall, a decent stay with its ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms, although spacious and comfortable, felt a bit outdated with older furniture. The service had its ups and downs, with some staff being extremely helpful and polite, while others were rude and added extra charges without proper explanation. The location was convenient but could use a refresh. The dining experience was a letdown due to poor breakfast quality. Despite these issues, the facilities were decent and offered some amenities.
My stay at Maison Blanche was lovely overall. The room on the first floor overlooked a charming little square, though it lacked some privacy. Despite this, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was superb. The service was a bit of a mixed bag, with some staff being extremely helpful and polite, while others were rude and added extra charges. The location was fab, but some areas like the spa needed maintenance. Dining was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious food. The facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel is located in an excellent spot in the Swiss Alps, boasting a sizeable pool and spa area. The rooms are on the smaller side and appear a bit outdated with older furniture. The service was willing to improve our stay but sometimes lacked efficiency. The dining options were mediocre, and the adjacent hotel offered a better selection. Despite some maintenance issues like broken sauna lights, the location is exceptional.
